Yoga for Sports
For athletes or people serious about their sport I do not teach them yoga!
I teach them how to enhance their performance and stay injury free using Yoga Sports Science™ techniques. It is completely different to attending a standard or style specific yoga class because we’ve analysed the sporting movement and applied yoga into those movements.
We start with the sport not the yoga

Programmes
Because of the specialist, personalised and very dedicated nature of the work I do, I only work with a few athletes at any one time, if you have an event are training for and wish me to work with you be sure to contact me well in advance. Typical pre-event programmes are 8 -10 weekly sessions starting with a biomechanical assessment.
Like with everything it really depends on how far you take the techniques in your own time. Athletes who self-practise and integrate it into their training get FAST results.
Moving forward I teach techniques you can integrate into your everyday training or going about your business (functional yoga) so you don’t have find extra time to do a yoga session.
