Yoga for Martial Arts

Yoga Martial Arts_yoga_sports_scienceYoga Sports Science™ techniques have been used extensively and successfully with many martial artists in different disciplines.  Fiona Adamson is a the most experienced Yoga Sports Science™ Mentor  for Martial Arts and is also a Martial Arts Instructor; IMAA, EKGB.
